Our History

Founded in 1995 by professional planner Schalk Botes, our firm brings decades of urban planning expertise to projects across Gauteng. Schalk had a 19year career in municipal government, including as Head of Town Planning, and he remains registered as a professional planner by the South African Council for Planners. Under his leadership, we serve landowners and developers with deep local insight and a commitment to quality, ensuring each project receives skilled attention from start to finish.

Our integrated services range from feasibility studies and development applications to implementation. We specialize in rezoning and consent use, township establishment, subdivision and land consolidation, removal of restrictive title conditions, and project feasibility studies. Each service is backed by our ability to navigate complex municipal processes with trusted collaborators, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes for clients across the Greater Johannesburg area and beyond. We focus on the core Gauteng region – covering Randburg, Sandton, Roodepoort, Midrand, Mogale City, and Tshwane.
